How to create deep relaxation with your singing bowl:

Hold you singing bowl in the palm of your hand & use a wooden mallet or beater, as if holding a pen. 

• Tap the side of the singing bowl, gently. 
• Gently & slowly go around the rim of the bowl with the mallet in a clockwise direction. 

This will make the bowl start to sing. Feel the vibrations & concentrate on the tones, you will become more conscious of your breathing, sending you into deep relaxation.
